Ralph Siegel Overcomes Cancer Despite Shoulder Metastases

Ralph Siegel had metastases in his shoulder: he beat cancer

Ralph Siegel, the famous composer behind hits like “A Little Peace” and the “Zeppelin” musical, has beaten cancer for the third time. In October of last year, the 77-year-old had been diagnosed with prostate cancer once again, causing him to worry that radiation treatment might not have worked. But after a PET-CT scan earlier this week, Ralph received the great news that he is now cancer-free.

Speaking exclusively to BILD, Siegel expressed his relief at having beaten cancer once again, exclaiming that he feels like a completely new person. The successful musician also noted that this good news gives him new strength and motivation.

Siegel described how he and his wife, Laura, celebrated the positive news by enjoying a Guinness beer together. He also spoke about how relieved he was that the cancer hadn’t spread to other parts of his body, with doctors confirming that the metastases in his shoulder, as well as his liver and kidneys, were all free of the disease.

Overall, Siegel is optimistic about his future, saying that the message is a wonderful outlook for the coming months and years. For now, he is simply happy to have regained his courage once more.
