Heartbreaking Moments at DSDS Recall with Dieter Bohlen: Jill Lange Brought to Tears

DSDS recall with Dieter Bohlen: Jill Lange cries bitter tears

“Deutschland sucht den Superstar” Contestants Faced Difficulties During the Recall on Mallorca

The nerves of the contestants on “Deutschland sucht den Superstar” were on edge during the latest recall. The best 40 candidates were allowed to travel to Mallorca on Wednesday evening, but instead of a luxurious villa, a spartan campsite awaited them.

The group performances soon led to inevitable stress as preparations were made. Tilly (26) was disgusted by the dirty toilets and even threatened to go on a pee strike. Meanwhile, Jill Lange (22), who had made it through despite being insulted by juror Dieter Bohlen, was struggling with the song she was supposed to perform with her teammates.

Jill was despondent when she found out she was going to perform “Big Energy” by Latto, Mariah Carey & DJ Khaled. She tearfully lamented that she wasn’t the best singer and that the song was just embarrassing. Her frustration grew when her teammates didn’t support her and praised the song instead.

In rehearsals with coach André Franke (50), Jill’s tears didn’t dry, and she compared herself unfavorably to Rose (23). Even Bohlen had few words of praise for her, saying the song “just didn’t fit somehow” with her voice. Jill was relieved when she made it through, although Olga also received criticism.

The rest of the contestants were less fortunate, with Taro (22), Vivien (28), Olivia (21), Julian (27), Bobby (30), Lukas (22), Nico (29), Svenja (22), Lea (19), and Julienne-Selin (16) leaving “Deutschland sucht den Superstar.”
