Marvel Snap: Collecting Cards and Completing the Series
Marvel Snap is a free-to-play card game that constantly updates every week with a new card. This means that the exact number of cards in the game is ever-changing, but we can give you a detailed breakdown of the different series and pools within the game.
Series and Pools
The game is divided into 5 different series or “pools” of cards. Pools 1 and 2 are the easiest and quickest to get through, with 46 and 25 cards respectively. Once you reach set level 486 in Pool 2, you will have your first 71 cards.
Pool 3 is the longest and most challenging series to complete, with 87 cards as of March 29, 2023. The rate at which you can obtain cards from Pool 3 is slower than Pools 1 and 2, but you can still unlock them by raising the collection level or opening Collector’s Reserves. You can also get one card from Pool 3 for free per month in the token shop.
Pools 4 and 5 contain rare and ultra-rare cards, with 14 and 8 cards respectively. These cards are more difficult to obtain and require a bit more strategy.
Obtaining Cards
To get through each pool, you will need to level up and collect cards in a variety of ways. You can earn cards by raising your collection level, opening Collector’s Reserves, or purchasing cards in the token shop. Each Series Drop adds to the number of cards you can collect by downgrading cards from Pool 5 to Pool 4 and from Pool 4 to Pool 3.
