Wilson Gonzalez Ochsenknecht’s Professional and Personal Journey

Profile of Wilson Gonzalez Ochsenknecht: career & private life

Wilson Gonzalez Ochsenknecht: From Child Star to Teen Heartthrob and Reality TV Star

Wilson Gonzalez Ochsenknecht is the son of famous actor Uwe Ochsenknecht and his wife Natascha. Born on March 18, 1990, in Munich, Bavaria, Wilson is the eldest of three siblings. His two unusual first names were inspired by singer Wilson Pickett and cartoon mouse Speedy Gonzalez. Wilson also has a half-brother, reality TV actor Rocco Stark, from his father’s previous marriage.

Wilson’s career in entertainment started at the young age of nine when he starred in a film alongside his father and younger brother Jimi Blue. The Ochsenknecht brothers had their breakthrough in 2006 with the children’s film series, “The Wild Guys”. The following year, the brothers received the “Nick Kids Choice Award” for their film “Freche Mädchen”. Wilson won the Undine Award for Best Teen Supporting Actor for his role in the same film.

In 2009, Wilson became a teen heartthrob after his role in the youth drama “Gangs”. However, his appearance in the TV comedy “Welcome to War” in 2012 received backlash from Bundeswehr soldiers who felt discredited by the film. Wilson also ventured into reality TV in 2022 with his family’s own series, “Die Ochsenknechts”.

Aside from acting, Wilson is also a musician. He attended an art school in the USA from 2006 to 2007 and made friends with rappers. A year later, he founded his band, “Heads on the Rocks”, which produced hit singles like “NYC”. Wilson also makes music regularly with his project, “A Black Rainbow”.

Wilson keeps his private life out of the public eye as much as possible. He has lived in Berlin since 2009 and has a tattoo symbolizing an organ donor card from the “Young Heroes” organization, which he supports. Wilson’s artistic path continues to evolve, and we look forward to seeing more of his talent in the future.
