Top 9 out of 10 Best Restaurants in France Are Located in Paris

It’s an almost perfect move for Parisian restaurants! In their first ranking of the 100 best tables in France, the site and TheFork application list nine Parisian tables among the top ten restaurants in this top 100.

At the top of this ranking, to be released on February 3 on the company’s platforms, formerly known as La Fourchette, Les Rupins (Xe) rank first, ahead of Comme Chai Toi (Ve) and, in third place, l’Auberge de Venise Montparnasse (XIVe).

“This Top 100 does not aim to be yet another gastronomic ranking, but a useful and ready-to-use tool for all those in search of the best tables of the moment, whatever the occasion. This ranking highlights the tables that have received positive verified reviews from our community. From popular fine dining restaurants to smaller town establishments, it is a ranking that closely reflects the preferences of the French,” explains Damien Rodière, General Manager of TheFork Western Europe.

A top 100 updated monthly

Each month, the ranking will be updated based on the average user ratings, verified reviews, and reservation volumes for the previous six months. For this first ranking, more than half of the tables are located in the capital.

In addition to Paris, many other cities have seen their best tables highlighted. For example, the Bordeaux restaurant Arcada ranks ninth. TheFork also offers local rankings based on major cities such as Lyon, Marseille, Nice, or Lille, and even smaller towns to be found on TheFork website and application.
