Soubeyrand’s Outburst Against Paris FC Players: They are Almost Disrespectful

The coach of Paris FC, Sandrine Soubeyrand, was not happy with the end of the match of her players in the Paris derby against PSG last Sunday, December 17. First, because her players lost (1-2). But especially because they were exchanging smiles with their opponents, which the coach did not appreciate.

“There’s something that annoys me, it’s that when we finish the game we’re disappointed. We can’t joke with the opponent. The opponent, they don’t care about us, they have no pressure. You may have friends on the other side, but they are your friends outside. It annoys me to see the players laughing when we just lost 2-1,” Sandrine Soubeyrand told her players gathered in a circle on the field, in comments captured by Canal + cameras.

“This defeat is a bad move for Paris FC (2nd in D1), who see their neighbors come back into the standings. “There we are at Paris FC. They, okay they won, they go back to their locker rooms. You’ll see them tomorrow or during your vacations. Because right now they don’t care, they are almost disrespectful. We, we look at them well, straight, we are proud of what we are.”
