The end of year celebrations are over, Attac Lot resumes its screening evenings with debates, each month having a different theme. The program for the first quarter of 2024 is rich in quality and diversity.
On Friday, January 26 at 8:30 pm at the “Le Paris” cinema, 19 avenue du General De Gaulle in Souillac, there will be a screening of “Nous sommes Taiwan” directed by Pierre Haski and Camille Le Pomellec. The screening will be followed by a debate, with Pierre Goulange in attendance, organized by Attac and the Le Paris cinema.
On Friday, February 16 at 8:30 pm, there will be a screening of “Autrement” directed by Michel Toesca, followed by a debate with the presence of Emmaüs.
On Friday, March 15 at 8:30 pm, there will be a screening of “Le Manifeste de l’Arcouest” directed by Jean-Marie Boulet and Philippe Worms, followed by a debate with the presence of Philippe Worms.
The “Le Paris” cinema is part of the “Ciné-Ode” network and is classified as an “Art and Experimental” cinema. In partnership with associations in Souillac and the district, it has an important role in the dissemination of cinematic culture.
Excellent news: in 2023, the French confirmed their return to cinemas. Attendance increased by 19% to reach 180 million entries. The numbers are gradually returning to pre-Covid levels.
