Paris Games Week 2023: Nintendo, PlayStation, and Xbox Confirmed at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles

The Paris Games Week is back at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles for an even more exciting new edition. Mark your calendars for November 1-5, 2023, for the “Next level” edition. And for fans of Karmine Corp, Kameto will be the “Guest of Honor” at this year’s salon!

Good news for gamers! After the success of the “Restart” edition of the Paris Games Week, the French gaming expo is returning to Parc des Expos – Porte de Versailles for an even more ambitious edition from November 1-5, 2023. This year, the Paris Games Week is taking it to the “Next Level”, a name that promises many surprises for visitors.

The organizers promise “a real evolution for its audience; this ‘Next Level’ edition opens its doors this year to new actors in pop culture, coming from related sectors in constant dialogue with video games, to offer players a unique experience.”

For five days, the Syndicat des Éditeurs de Logiciels de Loisirs (Union of Leisure Software Publishers) will take over the different halls of Paris Expo – Porte de Versailles with a program that has become cult, including end-of-year releases and a glimpse into the “future of video games” with 2024 previews. The program will also include “Esports competitions, discovery of indie and AAA creations from French studios in the ‘Made in France’ Games area, and for the youngest players, the Paris Games Week Junior, which has many surprises in store,” as explained in the press release from SELL. And as the guest of honor, the expo will welcome Kameto, a gaming and esports YouTuber, and the founder-president of Karmine Corp, a leading esports team in France.

The detailed program for this 2023 edition is not yet known. Last year, the Paris Games Week treated us to meetings, exclusive video game tests, esports, VR, animated streams, cosplay, retro gaming… The complete program will be announced in September, according to the organizer.

What we do know, however, is that this edition is expected to be memorable for gamers: the three industry giants, Xbox, Nintendo, and PlayStation, have already confirmed their presence at the Paris Games Week. With Christmas just a few weeks away, we can expect some exceptional announcements.

Every year, parents are also invited to discover the world of gaming with Pedagojeux, a dedicated space to understand the enthusiasm of our little ones for video games. For coding and video game creation enthusiasts, there is also a space where children can explore a not-so-well-known profession and create their own video game, which they can take home to play on the computer.

As you can see, the Paris Games Week is an event rich in activities not to be missed! An event that always has plenty of video game surprises in store. In fact, ticket sales are now open, so reserve your tickets now. See you at the Paris Games Week for a dose of video games and gaming experiences?
