The 60th Agricultural Fair opened with violent clashes between law enforcement and farmers, who forced their way into the exhibition center before the official opening.
The organizers of the Agricultural Fair informed AFP on Saturday morning that they are “delaying” the opening of the doors to the public, due to the clashes that have erupted between law enforcement and protesters.
At the moment, there is no information about the opening time of the Fair.
Organizers were hoping to open the event at the scheduled time. The President of the Republic has met with the farmer’s unions and is currently on site.
