Heise is organizing the Agile HR Day in collaboration with partners this year. This one-day online conference focuses on the transformation of traditional job profiles into more agile roles, contemporary training and further education, and the cultivation of a modern learning culture with an agile mindset.
The conference brings together experts in change management and agile transformation who will share insights into their professional practices. They will highlight how the demands on companies and employees are constantly evolving. Participants will be equipped with proven and new tools to initiate changes within their HR departments.
The conference program includes field reports from HR departments that have adopted agile practices. It also covers topics such as the use of Kanban and flight levels. Moreover, a workshop on the synergy between agility and social sustainability will be conducted by consultant Sabine Weber. This workshop aims to deepen understanding and establish lasting change within organizations.
Early bird discount tickets for the Agile HR Day are available until August 28, priced at 219 euros (plus 19% VAT). After that, the tickets will cost 269 euros. The workshop, which will take place online on September 25th, is priced at 249 euros. There is also a combination ticket for the conference and workshop available at the early bird price of 399 euros, and 449 euros thereafter.
