Live – Farmers’ siege of Paris: Eight highways blocked in Île de France

The highways A1, A4, A5a, A6, A10, A13, A15 and A16 are partially closed, details below. Unions have planned eight blockades around Paris. The FNSEA and the Young Farmers are invited to a meeting with the Prime Minister at 6 p.m.

Highways closed in Ile-de-France A1 – Traffic has been closed in both directions since 1 p.m. In the direction of the province, from Epiais-lès-Louvres (Val d’Oise), exit 6 is mandatory to the secondary network (N104, N2 and the Francilienne). Towards Paris, the road is closed from Chennevières-Lès-Louvres (Val d’Oise). A4 – The highway is closed in both directions. First in the direction Paris-Province between Ferrières-en-Brie and Jossigny (Seine-et-Marne). And in the other direction between Serris and Jossigny. The tractors are installed in the spaces on both sides of the median. The farmers are preparing to camp on the tracks with marquees, generators, and braziers.

A5a – The highway is closed towards Paris at Réau (Seine-et-Marne). Towards the province, the closure is at Moissy-Cramayel (Seine-et-Marne).
A6 – Farmers are driving towards Paris. The procession is at 2 p.m. at exit 126 to Chilly-Mazarin (Essonne). The left lane is closed between Mennecy and Villabé, 30 km south of Paris. According to the organizers, 200 tractors are gathered. The right lane is also closed between Nainville-les-Roches and Auvernaux (Essonne). At 4:30 p.m., the Villabé exit reopened to traffic.

A10 – The highway is closed in both directions at Dourdan (Essonne), at interchange 10, just after the St-Arnoult toll. A13 – The highway that links Normandy to Paris is closed in both directions in Mantes-la-Jolie (Yvelines), at interchange 12, after the Buchelay toll. According to the organizers, around 80 tractors are participating in this action. They will be joined on Tuesday by around twenty additional vehicles from Eure.

A15 – Sytadin announces that the A15 is closed in the direction of Paris between Argenteuil (Val-d’Oise) and Gennevilliers (Hauts-de-Seine). This is the closest blockade point to Paris. A16 – The highway is closed in the direction Paris-Province at Isle-Adam (Val d’Oise).

N184 – The ramp to A16 is closed at Nerville-le-Forêt (Val d’Oise). It is impossible to reach the highway in the direction Paris-Province.
