Füllkrug’s Sister Scores Better Than Him: Siblings with Goal Guarantee

Siblings with goal guarantee: Füllkrug's sister scores even better than him!

Niclas Füllkrug is the new hope for the German national team. The Werder Bremen striker scored two goals in the 2-0 win over Peru, ensuring a successful restart of the team after their World Cup embarrassment. In five international appearances, Füllkrug has scored five goals, making him the top scorer in the Bundesliga with 15 goals in 24 games.

But it’s not just Niclas who’s scoring goals in the Füllkrug family. His sister, Anna-Lena Füllkrug, is also a striker and plays for Hannover 96. In the Regionalliga Nord, Anna-Lena has scored 13 goals in 11 games.

Anna-Lena became a striker because of her brother. Niclas always took her with him, and she eventually got better than some of his friends. She has good technique and moves particularly well, making her particularly effective in certain areas.

Niclas wants more goals and is happy with the opportunities he’s getting in the penalty area. National coach Hansi Flick is impressed with his performance and intends to keep him as a striker.

Just like Niclas, the whole of Germany hopes that he will continue to score goals for the national team. Who knows, maybe by the end of the year, he’ll even match Anna-Lena’s impressive goal-scoring record!
