Ex-Girlfriend Files $40M Lawsuit Against Bad Bunny

Puerto Rican rapper Bad Bunny, whose real name is Benito Antonio Martinez Ocasio, is facing a lawsuit from his ex-girlfriend alleging he owes her $40 million. The lawsuit comes just weeks after the rapper dropped his latest album, “El Último Tour Del Mundo.”

According to reports, the lawsuit filed by Amanda Cordero is seeking payment for damages caused during the relationship and compensation for work performed by Cordero during their time together.

Cordero claims she worked as the rapper’s personal stylist, makeup artist, and hairdresser, and played a major role in his success. She alleges that she was never compensated for her work, and that the rapper ended their relationship abruptly, leaving her with financial difficulties.

While Bad Bunny has not yet commented on the lawsuit, his legal team has issued a statement calling the claims “baseless,” and stating that they intend to fight the lawsuit in court.

This is not the first time Bad Bunny has faced legal trouble. In October 2020, the rapper was reportedly detained by police in Puerto Rico for violating COVID-19 restrictions after he was caught on camera attending a party without a mask. He was later released with a citation.

Despite the legal troubles, Bad Bunny remains one of the most popular Latin artists in the world, with millions of fans around the globe. His latest album, “El Último Tour Del Mundo,” debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, and he recently made history as the first all-Spanish-language album to reach the top spot on the chart.

As the legal battle between Bad Bunny and his ex-girlfriend continues, fans will no doubt be watching closely to see how it unfolds. While the rapper has not yet addressed the lawsuit directly, it is clear that he is not afraid to speak his mind and stand up for himself. However, only time will tell whether he will come out on top in this latest legal challenge.
