Alfredo Adame sets the record straight: No debts with the Treasury

Alfredo Adame Responds to Reports of Owing Million-Dollar Sum

Actor and TV personality, Alfredo Adame, recently responded to rumors circulating since March 15th that he owes the Ministry of Finance a sum of one million dollars. According to reports, the Tax Administration Service (SAT) had notified Adame that his bank accounts were immobilized due to accounts owed since 2017 for 3.4 million pesos. The actor dismissed these claims, stating that they are false information.

Adame’s Legal Battle with CP Producciones

The actor went on to clarify that the lawsuit is not against him, but his company CP Producciones SA de CV. Adame explained that the suit is against the production company, which had to report 870,000 pesos in taxes and paid 479,000. The actor further added that the remainder of the money was stolen by the accountant José Eduardo Silva García. Adame stated that this matter is time-barred, and the last notification received for the case was in 2015.

Frozen Bank Account Due to Tax Domicile Change

Adame also addressed the freezing of one of his bank accounts with 271,000 pesos. He explained that it was due to a matter of changing his tax domicile, which he did not notify the institution of, thus leading to a sanction. The actor now has to sign on the first Monday of each month at the SAT.

Allegations of Murder

Recently, Adame made headlines for confessing on national TV that he killed a man when he was young. However, this news may have overshadowed his response to the alleged one-million-dollar debt. Adame has denied the claims, attributing them to his company’s ongoing legal battle. The actor hopes to clear his name as he continues to fight the lawsuit.

In conclusion, Adame has responded to the rumors regarding his alleged million-dollar debt, clarifying that they are false information. He further added that the lawsuit is against his company CP Producciones SA de CV, and it no longer poses a threat. The freezing of his bank account was due to a matter of changing his tax domicile. Adame has also recently confessed to killing a man when he was young, which has distracted from the report on his alleged debt.
