Valentin is meeting Diana, a Lebanese woman with three children, in Paris XIV. After the explosion in the city, she and her husband bought an apartment in a hurry in the 16th arrondissement. They are now looking for a house around 7 million euros in a quiet and secure area with an outdoor space. Valentin is showing them a 900m2 house for 7.45 million euros. Diana, a very demanding client, does not seem to be interested in this contemporary style property that doesn’t suit her taste.
