Amid inflation, shortages, and issues surrounding President Emmanuel Macron’s policies, the Yellow Vests have many demands to make on the cobblestones of the capital. A new demonstration is planned in Paris on Saturday, December 30, 2023.

The protesters plan to gather from the early afternoon in front of Place du Maréchal Juin (17th arrondissement), with a departure at 3pm, organized by the “Gilets Jaunes Unity” movement. Their demands include the implementation of the RIC, France’s exit from the European Union and NATO, the impeachment of Emmanuel Macron, and opposition to state violence.

The procession will then head towards Rue Prony, Boulevard de Courcelles, Boulevard des Batignolles, Rue de Rome, Saint Lazare, Rue de Châteaudun, Le Peletier, Drouot, Richelieu, and 4 September before arriving at Place de la Bourse (2nd arrondissement).
