PSG Faces Setback in New Transfer Deal
The PSG had hoped to finalize the signing of Gabriel Moscardo this winter in order to strengthen their midfield. However, the deal fell through at the last minute due to the player arriving in Paris with an injury. As a result, the PSG is now looking to recruit another player to bolster the midfield under Luis Enrique.
The club had planned to officially announce the transfer of Gabriel Moscardo, following that of Lucas Beraldo, at the beginning of January. However, the arrival of the Corinthians midfielder fell through at the last minute.
After the failure with Moscardo, PSG is now in search of another midfielder. Moscardo arrived in Paris for his medical examination, but was found to be injured in his left foot. He will require surgery and will need to stay off the pitch for around three months. Therefore, PSG has decided to postpone the transfer of Gabriel Moscardo until this summer and is looking to turn their attention to another target this winter.
