Transfer Market – PSG: Four transfers completed, it’s over in Paris

Foot – Mercato – PSG

The winter transfer window has opened and PSG has already secured its first two recruits with Gabriel Moscardo (18 years old) and Lucas Beraldo (20 years old). With the arrival of the two Brazilians, the club seems to have reached its quota of non-EU players, preventing Luis Campos from positioning himself on young foreign talents. The club has closed its first winter transfer deals before the opening of the transfer window. Gabriel Moscardo (18 years old) and Lucas Beraldo (20 years old) have caught the eye of Luis Campos who wasted no time in securing the two Brazilians, who will now occupy a non-EU player spot at PSG. They join Manuel Ugarte and Lee Kang-in on the list. Among the transfers completed at the beginning of the season are Manuel Ugarte (Uruguay) and Lee Kang-in (South Korea), bringing the number of non-EU players at PSG to four, which is the limit set by the LFP as noted by CulturePSG. The other non-European players at PSG have dual nationality, such as Achraf Hakimi (Spanish) and Marquinhos (Portuguese). Therefore, PSG will no longer be completely free in the transfer market, which may explain why Luis Campos will not pursue the 17-year-old Ecuadorian forward Allen Obando, even though he was among the players linked to PSG.
