The A10 motorway sees numerous convoys of dozens of tractors heading towards the capital. After dismantling the central reservation, farmers are occupying the highway in both directions. While law enforcement has not intervened, footage of a gendarmerie barricade consisting of two armored vehicles was filmed on Tuesday night by our colleague Clément Lanot.
The armored vehicles of the gendarmerie were also deployed on Tuesday evening on the A6 a few kilometers from the Rungis market, near Chilly-Mazarin (Essonne), where tractors from the FDSEA of Seine-et-Marne are positioned, without incident, according to law enforcement.
In addition, the convoy of 200 to 300 tractors that departed from Agen towards Rungis made a stop between Vierzon and Orléans in Loir-et-Cher overnight on Tuesday. Closely monitored by the gendarmes, the convoy is expected to arrive near Rungis – which it plans to “occupy” – in the coming hours.
