The Disneyland Hotel reopens at Disneyland Paris, becoming the world’s first five-star hotel to offer a journey into the heart of Disney royalty

Today, the seven hotels at Disneyland Paris are must-see attractions and provide a fantastic escape for visitors. Guests can spend time with family or friends to extend the magic of the parks and immerse themselves in Disney stories throughout their stay. Each hotel tells its own Disney story and creates a unique atmosphere for an unforgettable visit, with exclusive services and carefully chosen themes.

An exclusive study conducted by Disneyland Paris in partnership with IFOP in 2023 indicates that 84% of French consumers would like five-star hotels to be filled with a magical atmosphere and decor. Additionally, 80% of the panel expect these same hotels to offer unique experiences for children.

The Disneyland Hotel is perfectly positioned to meet the expectations of these consumers. It offers exceptional hospitality, captivating storytelling, unique entertainment, creative dining experiences, and five-star amenities, even for the youngest guests. This dream experience comes to life through a team of 800 Cast Members who have been carefully trained to provide exceptional service and ensure that all visitors have a royal stay.

“The reopening of the Disneyland Hotel marks a new milestone in the transformation of Disneyland Paris, which continues to be one of the major players in the European tourism landscape thanks to the storytelling and excellent service offered, not to mention our exceptional ability to accommodate families,” says Natacha Rafalski, President of Disneyland Paris. “We are delighted to unveil this exceptional five-star hotel that celebrates the beloved Disney royal stories. It is one of the most immersive hotels in Europe to date.”

The immersion at the Disneyland Hotel is the result of the work of Disneyland Paris teams, with Walt Disney Imagineering collaborating with Disney animation studios, in addition to the excellence of recognized French companies for their expertise in various fields. In total, more than 200 French and European companies have contributed to bringing to life an immersive experience that pays homage to the most beautiful Disney royal stories as well as to monuments that have marked the history of Europe.
