Prussian Talent Schacht Draws Interest from Trier Before Loan Period

Prussia talent before loan: Trier interest in Schacht!

Breaking Through: Young Talent at Münster Regional League

The Münster regional league team is gaining attention for their younger generation of players. These up-and-coming athletes have their sights set on playing professionally, and are making impressive strides towards that goal.

In a recent test match, Elias Demirarslan (21), Noah Kloth (19), Marvin Benjamins (20), and Kevin Schacht (20) all played exceptionally. Benjamins and Schacht even made it onto the top scorers’ list against the fourth-placed north.

Sporting director Peter Niemeyer (38) praised the four players, stating, “The boys are doing their job extremely well, they can really make the move.” The team is helping these young players advance and reach their full potential.

Loan Ahead for Schacht

Kevin Schacht, a Prussian talent, is set to go on loan for the remainder of the season. Eintracht Trier from the Regionalliga Südwest is a serious prospect, and Schacht is expected to train with them this week. The club is currently five points behind the saving bank and aims to upgrade their squad to climb the league rankings.

Schacht, a former youth player from Arminia Bielefeld, has been on the Münster regional league team’s squad for 14 games this season but is yet to play a single league minute. The loan to Eintracht Trier could provide him with valuable match experience.

Impacting Younger Players’ Development

The U23 team, coached by Kieran Schulze-Marmeling (33), currently leads the table and provides an excellent platform for younger players’ development. Sporting director Niemeyer explains, “This team is worth its weight in gold for our talents who play with the U17s and U19s in the Bundesliga. Because they can advance their further development here under optimal conditions.”

However, even if the professional team of head coach Sascha Hildmann (50) should make the longed-for return to the third division in May, the reserve could not move up to the regional league even as the table leader. This is due to the regulations indicating that there must be at least two divisions between the first and second team of a club.

No Interest in Mehmet Kurt

Niemeyer has dismissed rumors that the Prussians are trying to sign Mehmet Kurt, 27. The former third division professional (59 appearances, including SC Verl and Wehen Wiesbaden) is currently still under contract with the Turkish club Sanliurfaspor (3rd division), but seeks to return to Germany. However, it is clear that the defensive midfielder will not join the Münster regional league team.

As the younger generation continues to excel on the pitch, the focus remains on developing their skills and advancing their careers. The team’s investment in its young players seems to be paying off, and all eyes are on their progress as they strive towards professional status.
