Paris FC – Stéphane Gilli after USLD (3-1) : I told the players I didn’t want to lose against Dunkerque and Troyes

Le Paris FC had a successful game with a convincing victory against Dunkerque (3-1) on Saturday in the 11th round of Ligue 2, allowing them to move out of the relegation zone. After the match, coach Stéphane Gilli shared his reaction with the newspaper Le Parisien and now aims for continuity against another direct opponent, ESTAC, in the 12th round.

“This victory is a small step. I told the players that I did not want to lose against Dunkerque and Troyes (next week). We need to focus on short-term goals, there’s no point in looking too far ahead…I’m happy for them. They work hard and listen to instructions. We talk to them a lot. There are really good guys in this group. I also had a lot of conversations with Ilan (Kebbal) this week. He was very good and played exactly how we expected him to.”
