Over 80 Additional Plugins Available with ChatGPT API Hack

ChatGPT API Hack: More than 80 other plugins are available

Companies Can Integrate Services with ChatGPT

ChatGPT is a language model developed by OpenAI that allows users to create chatbots. OpenAI CEO Sam Altman recently announced that companies can integrate their services into ChatGPT as a plugin.

80 Services Ready for Integration

A hacker recently used the API and found a list of over 80 providers ready for integration with ChatGPT. The hacker known as rez0 revealed on Twitter that companies such as Klarna, Expedia, Slack, Vogue, OpenTable, Instacart, and DAN Plugin already have a ChatGPT connection.

Plugins Change ChatGPT’s Personality

The plugins added to ChatGPT would change the chatbot’s level of knowledge. As websites and services provide information to ChatGPT, the chatbots’ database increases in size. This could make ChatGPT a new type of search engine and competitor to Google. Companies would have to integrate their services with ChatGPT to remain relevant.

Slack is Already On Board

It is surprising that Slack, a communication tool that is in a feud with Microsoft, is already integrated with ChatGPT. However, OpenAI and ChatGPT have close ties to Microsoft because of the company’s financial support.

Hacker Exploits the Gap in the System

A hacker recently exploited a bug in OpenAI’s system allowing users to see other people’s chat histories. OpenAI has since fixed the issue, but the company doesn’t have a bug bounty program at this time.
