Mexican Actor Pablo Lyle’s Deportation Threat Looms Over Costly Legal Battle

Mexico City — Actor Pablo Lyle, who was recently sentenced to five years in prison for involuntary manslaughter in Miami, may now face deportation to Mexico due to court costs incurred in the United States. This unexpected turn of events comes as a result of an immigration order issued by the state court, which requires full cooperation with the immigration order of the United States. This means that Lyle will most likely be deported to Mexico.

According to his lawyer Sandra Hoyos, the plaintiff generates court costs that they are not willing to pay. In cases where the accused does not have a private lawyer but rather has a public defender, transcripts are given to them free of charge, however, Lyle’s lawyers refuse to pay for them. The court will decide on Friday, May 5, whether or not Lyle will be deported to Mexico.

If deported, Lyle’s case will be taken by Mexican judges who will decide on his sentence. Lyle was found guilty of manslaughter after an altercation with Juan Ricardo Hernández, a 63-year-old man of Cuban origin, near the Miami airport. Hernández died from a brain injury four days after the confrontation in which Lyle hit him. The incident was recorded on security cameras, and Lyle, 36, was found guilty of the crime.

In conclusion, this new turn of events brings even more uncertainty to Pablo Lyle’s already complicated situation. We will have to wait and see what the court decides regarding his deportation to Mexico.
