Microsoft Teams is a widely used communication tool in many companies, offering a simple application with extensive configuration options for administrators. To help users become experts in their organizations, a five-part webinar series called “Microsoft Teams for advanced users – become a Teams professional” has been developed.
The first webinar in the series focuses on automation and interactive meetings. Participants will learn how to automate tasks and processes to create more efficient workflows. They will also discover how to enhance meetings with interactive elements, making video conferences more engaging and productive.
The following webinars concentrate on team structures and organization. Participants will learn the best practices for managing teams to prevent sprawl and promote effective collaboration. They will also explore the additional functions and possibilities of Teams Premium, such as extended administration functions and increased data limits. Attendees will have the opportunity to have their questions answered by the expert, who will provide insights into whether the upgrade to Teams Premium is worth it.
Another webinar will explain how to seamlessly integrate the telephony functions of Teams into existing telephone systems using Microsoft Teams Phone and Meeting Room Devices (MTR). Lastly, a webinar will cover the security settings of Microsoft Teams, providing a detailed overview of the Admin Center and information on policies and their use. Participants will learn how to secure their Teams environment effectively.
The webinars will be led by Alexander Eggers, an expert on Microsoft Teams and M365, and will run for three hours each. They will take place from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. The cost to attend a single webinar is 149 euros, inclusive of VAT. Alternatively, attendees have the option to book all five webinars together with a combination ticket for 495 euros. They can also gain unlimited access to over 100 video courses and live events per year with the heise Academy Pass, priced from 495 euros.
