Kim Kardashian has broken down in tears during the dramatic teaser for season 3 of her reality show “Kardashians.” In the clip, Kanye West’s ex looks down at the ground as she uses both hands to cover her face and breathes heavily while her sister Khloé Kardashian tries to comfort her.
