Inside the World of Tiny Tina Rupprecht on Fight Day in Boxing

Boxing: This is what a fight day for "Tiny Tina" Rupprecht looks like!

Boxing World Champion Tiny Tina Goes for Another Belt Tonight

It’s all about tonight! Boxing world champion Tina Rupprecht, known in the ring as Tiny Tina, is aiming to add another world champion belt to her collection in the USA (Fresno). However, standing in her way is the American Seniesa Estrada. The fight will start at 7:30 p.m.

But how does a day in the life of the 1.52-meter tall fighter unfold before a big fight? Well, she usually wakes up at 9 a.m. and has breakfast with her team. They may even go for a walk, and then she may rest again. Before the fight, she visualizes the fight and goes through the processes in her mind.

Full-throttle training just before the fight is off-limits for Tiny Tina. She has been training all week long, but not at a full capacity. She dedicates only an hour a day to stay relaxed yet fit. Together with her trainer Alexander Haan, they mainly focus on tactical work and training with pads and sandbags.

Surprisingly, boxing world champion Tiny Tina is also a teacher in her day-to-day life. As she enters the hall around 4 p.m. to warm up before the fight, Alex slaps her bare arms and legs to wake her up. She even has a special breathing technique to turn off her emotions and get back to the present.

Once she enters the locker room, Tiny Tina is in the tunnel and ready to take on her opponent. Will she bring another world champion belt home tonight? We’ll be watching live on br24sport.de from 4 p.m.!
