Sandrine Conor has created a franchised home care agency in Sens. She left a good job to become her own boss and, in doing so, managed to get closer to her mother.
She was doing quite well in Paris, earning over €50,000 a year, but she decided to change course, immediately giving up a third of her income. For a little over a year, Sandrine Conor has been the owner of Apef in Sens, where she opened a franchised agency. Previously, she was the HR development manager for France at a large global company specialized in customer experience.
