French brand to outfit the Nepalese Olympic team

Valentin Duneuil had a daring idea about his small clothing brand. To promote the Komorebi brand, he proposed to dress the whole Nepalese Olympic delegation for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. This was made possible through a partnership between the Nepalese Olympic Committee and the young entrepreneur. What’s unique about the upcoming collaboration is that everything will be ‘Made in Nepal’, including their light blue or beige outfits.

This will be the first time that the Nepalese national team will wear 100% locally-made outfits instead of the usual Chinese-produced ones. Although the athletes have separate partnership with sports equipment manufacturers, they will showcase the official Komorebi brand for the opening ceremony and daily appearances during the event. The light blue or beige-colored clothing will feature the iconic Olympic rings along with the crimson red triangles that are symbolic of the Nepalese flag.

It is a significant achievement for the Komorebi brand and Valentin Duneuil, who used to work in finance. Seeing the athletes wearing his creations and being featured in official Olympic photographs would bring an immense sense of pride to this young entrepreneur, even if Nepal has yet to win an Olympic medal.
