Discover the 10 security perimeter maps for Paris 2024: traffic, restrictions…

During the Olympic Games in Paris, there will be various restrictions on circulation around the Olympic sites in the Île-de-France region. The security measures were announced by Laurent Nuñez and have already caused some concerns among residents.

The Parisien-Aujourd’hui en France has created 10 maps to illustrate the areas that will be affected before and during the opening ceremony and the sporting events. This will help people understand where they can and cannot travel during the Games.

Fortunately, most of these restrictions will be in place during the actual events – from July 26th to August 11th, coinciding with the summer holidays when Paris and the region tend to be quieter. This will hopefully minimize the impact on daily life for residents.
