Cédric Grolet, the much-loved pastry chef of Parisians and tourists alike, is opening a new shop in Paris. This time, it’s in a more central area of the capital, the 2nd arrondissement, at 6 rue Danielle Casanova. The Cédric Grolet Café will open its doors on Wednesday, February 7, 2024!
After conquering the taste buds of people worldwide with his trompe-l’oeil fruits, the pastry chef is now tackling a new project, unveiling his vision of a coffee shop with this third address. “With the opening of this new shop, I am happy to offer a new concept with new creations that will evolve in five variations throughout the seasons, in line with my collections,” says Cédric Grolet, to tantalize enthusiasts.
In detail, the Cédric Grolet Café will offer a selection of hot and cold drinks, ranging from the classic Flat White to the more original Milk Punch. Traditional coffee lovers can discover a selection of Ethiopian and Brazilian coffees.
Of course, Cédric Grolet’s name is synonymous with pastries and sweet treats. Two new creations will make their grand entrance at the Cédric Grolet Café: croissant-donuts and cookie-pizzas by the slice or in XXL format for the more indulgent.
