Sofía Castro, daughter of the famous actress Angélica Rivera, recently spoke out against rumors that a biographical series about the Former First Lady of Mexico was in the works. This hoax began with claims from Cynthia Klitbo, who stated that the Televisa actress was finalizing details about a new project that would talk about her personal life.
However, during a recent event in Mexico City, Sofía Castro denied these rumors, stating that her mother was busy helping her pursue her acting career in Hollywood. Additionally, she clarified that Rivera was not working on any project similar to what had been rumored.
Rivera has three daughters from her previous marriage with producer José Alberto Castro – Sofía, Fernanda, and Regina Castro. She also shares adopted children with former President Peña Nieto, whom she was married to from 2010 to 2019. Despite the rumors, Rivera has yet to confirm any such project about her life.
