The illegal betting scandal is growing in Italy. After the names of Nicolo Fagioli, and especially Nicolo Zaniolo and Sandro Tonali, both of whom were questioned by the police while they were at the gathering of the Italian national team and were forced to leave, a new player has emerged.
According to the whistleblower, a certain Fabrizio Corona, a rather controversial figure in the country, who is known as a star agent and paparazzo, it would be Nicola Zalewski from Roma. The 21-year-old Italian-Polish midfielder is also accused of engaging in online betting, which is illegal for a high-level athlete.
