Unlock the Ultimate Challenge: Star Wars Jedi Survivor New Game + Guide

Star Wars Jedi Survivor: Everything that Remains in New Game + and How to Start It

If you’ve played through the story of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order and are hungry for more, New Game + might be just what you need. This mode allows you to start over with all of the abilities and upgrades you’ve earned in your first playthrough, opening up new ways to explore the game’s world and face its challenges.

What Carries Over in New Game +?

In New Game +, you’ll keep all of the skills and abilities you’ve earned through skill points and story progression, as well as your upgrades for your lightsaber and BD-1. You’ll also keep any cosmetic items you’ve unlocked, such as ponchos, outfit pieces, and lightsaber color crystals.

Additionally, you’ll start with access to the meditation training focused on combat, as well as all of the customization options for your lightsaber – including the emitter, switch, and sleeve.

What Doesn’t Carry Over in New Game+?

There are a few things that won’t carry over into New Game+. Calibrated lightsaber parts, kyber crystals, and any materials you’ve collected will all be reset, so you’ll have to seek them out again. Similarly, any databank entries and echo locations you’ve discovered will be lost, and you’ll need to find them again.

How to Start New Game +

To begin New Game +, you’ll first need to have completed the story in the standard game mode. Once you’ve done that, return to the main menu and select “New Journey +.” From there, you can choose which save slot to use and what difficulty level you want to play on.

If you’re up for a bigger challenge, consider playing on a higher difficulty this second time around. You’ll have all of your abilities and upgrades at your disposal, so you’ll be better equipped to handle tougher enemies early on.

With New Game +, you’ll have the chance to explore the game’s world in new ways, facing off against previously challenging enemies with newfound abilities and upgrades. Whether you’re looking to complete your collection of lightsaber parts or just want to experience the game’s story again, this mode offers something for every Jedi survivor.
