Tony Marshall’s Exodus with a Limited Wig Pool

Tony Marshall: Cash off! yacht away! He only leaves 50 wigs

Schlager legend Tony Marshall, known for hits like “Beautiful Maid,” recently passed away at the age of 85. Unfortunately, the former record millionaire, who had lived a life of luxury, reportedly had little fortune to pass on to his family. Instead of millions, Marshall’s widow and children are expected to inherit his signature toupees- around 50 of them.

Decades ago, Marshall was a household name and had amassed quite a collection of luxurious properties, such as a villa in Baden-Baden, a waterfront home in Florida, and a collection of classic cars. However, due to failed deals with Eastern real estate, the singer’s financial situation drastically declined. In 2011, he even faced debts and was asked to take an oath of disclosure.

In recent years, Marshall’s earnings and appearances dwindled due to his declining health. He attempted to participate in the RTL jungle camp in 2018, allegedly earning him €300,000, but was unable to follow through. Eventually, he lived modestly with his wife Gaby in a terraced house purchased by his son Marc.

While Marshall may not have left behind a large fortune, his musical legacy and memorable toupees will always be a part of his legacy.
