Actress Simone Thomalla, 57, and DJ Nicolino Hermano have called it quits less than a year after they started dating. The news of their separation was confirmed by Thomalla’s management to “Bild”. While the reason behind their separation is unclear, the two have remained friendly with each other. Thomalla has not commented on the separation and is believed to be feeling low. She recently posted a picture of herself on Instagram wearing a red top, with red lips and red nails, looking tired and asking, “How do you get up?” and “Is that spring fatigue already?”.
Thomalla and Hermano appeared together for the first time on Instagram in August 2022 and were seen together at various events and on TV. They attended an event to mark 60 years of Welthungerhilfe. Prior to Hermano, Thomalla was in a relationship with Silvio Heinevetter, a professional handball player, for 12 years. They announced their separation in 2021. Thomalla was also in a long-term relationship with former footballer and official Rudi Assauer, who passed away in February 2019.
Despite the separation, Thomalla declared in December 2021 that she is “open to a new love” and not afraid to wait for the right person to come along. She also mentioned that she has always been self-determined and independent, not dependent on anyone.
