Netflix Renews ‘Sweet Tooth’ for Season 3

Good News for ‘Sweet Tooth’ Fans: Season 3 is Coming!

Just a few days after the premiere of season 2 (oh, I still haven’t had time to watch it) Netflix has announced the renewal of the magnificent cute apocalypse. Yes, we will have season 3 of ‘Sweet Tooth: The deer boy’.

The bad news? This will be the last. This has been announced by the protagonists of the series themselves through social networks, in a publication in which Christian Convery (Gus) himself declares that “We are so excited to share with you the final chapter of the odyssey in the history of Gus.”

The end of the coquis. In this way, we will have a new and last installment for the adventures of the young hybrid.

Let’s remember that the series revolves around a post-apocalyptic world in which a disease has decimated the world’s population, while that first outbreak began to give birth to hybrid babies between a child and an animal, who are feared and persecuted.

What to Expect in Season 3

Jim Mickle, showrunner of ‘Sweet Tooth‘ gives us a small preview of what awaits us in the final eight episodes: Season 3 is an arctic story with exciting new adventures and we hope it is a satisfying conclusion to this epic tale. Gus is going to see a side of the world and humanity that he didn’t see in seasons 1 and 2.”

It is not the only thing we know about this season, it has also been announced that both Cara Gee and Ayazhan Dalabayeva will join the cast of the series.

The success of ‘Sweet Tooth

This renewal comes just a few days after Netflix released season 2, which soon amassed (according to the platform) more than 48 million hours viewed in the first four days.

If you’re a fan of post-apocalyptic stories, hybrid babies, and exciting adventures, you won’t want to miss the final eight episodes of ‘Sweet Tooth season 3, which promises to be a satisfying conclusion to the story of Gus.
