Marteria Hopes for Success: Felix Langberg’s Quest for Championship and Environment Conservation.

Marteria keeps her fingers crossed: Felix Langberg is fighting for titles and trees

Felix Langberg (31) is a fighter with a passion for both the ring and the environment. The former kickboxer switched over to boxing in 2020, and now he has a chance to win his first title: the Continental Europe title on the second evening of the new “P2M” promotion WBA. Langberg is set to face off against Patrick Korte (39/Essen) in front of 600 fans at the Hotel Grand Élysée.

If he wins, he would climb into the top 15 of the renowned association. Langberg is excited about the opportunity to fight for the title. “I’ve always dreamed of this. I’m super hot for the fight.”

But that’s not all he’s fighting for. Langberg is also fighting for the rainforest. Three years ago, he founded the tree-planting project “Plant for Future” with friends, buying land for it in Peru and Costa Rica. They have already planted more than 31,000 trees worldwide thanks to donations.

Langberg believes that being a good professional boxer and wanting to save the world can go hand in hand. “Why not be a good professional boxer and want to save the world?” he says. “For me, it works together.”

Langberg isn’t the only one fighting on the second evening of the new “P2M” promotion WBA. Simon Zachenhuber (24) is set to contest the second main fight in super middleweight against the strong Patrick Rohkohl (34/Braunschweig). Milan Prat (23/France) will box in super welterweight against Abel Mina (30/Ecuador) for the WBA Intercontinental belt.

World champion Nina Meinke (30) will also enter the ring for a stay-busy fight against Angela Cannizzaro (46/Italy). Langberg has some famous supporters, including world strawweight boxing champion “Tiny Tina,” who is actually a teacher. Rapper Marteria is also a celebrity supporter and even shot a documentary about a trip to the Amazon and wrote the song “Wald.”

The evening’s events will be streamed live from 7 p.m. on the “P2M” YouTube channel. It’s an exciting night of boxing with some impressive fighters, including Langberg, who is not only fighting for the title but also for a cause he is passionate about.
