Mandate evaluation: meet the Mayor of Paris

On Saturday, October 7th, from 2pm to 5pm, the Mayor of Paris and the municipal team invite Parisians to join them at Paris City Hall for a mid-term review of progress.

Throughout the afternoon, there will be opportunities to engage with elected officials, meet the agents who work daily for the city, and learn about current and upcoming projects in various domains such as mobility, youth, climate, solidarity, culture, civic engagement, housing, employment, security, and cleanliness. This event aims to highlight the work carried out by the City’s departments.

The emblematic Council Chamber of Paris will open its doors for a citizen council session, allowing everyone to exchange ideas with representatives of the municipal team.

Eric Pliez, Mayor of the 20th district, will be present at City Hall to discuss achievements and projects in the 20th district.

For this unprecedented event, all departments have swiftly prepared stands to showcase their activities, as well as a program of free and fun activities suitable for all ages, including sports and musical activities, games for children, and seed distributions. In the City Hall nursery, the DFPE teams will present the City’s ambitious policies in early childhood care. On the square, a climbing wall will be available for the younger ones to try out this new Olympic discipline. The Ludomouv’ will also offer games for young and old. Inside, there will be exhibitions showcasing the City’s transformation projects, a game related to the new Street Code, an escape game, a recruitment stand, and sports-health animations, among other surprises. This event will represent the expertise of municipal agents in serving Parisians.

To culminate the afternoon, the winning projects of the 9th edition of the Participatory Budget will be revealed during a dedicated ceremony. You will have the opportunity to get a first look at the projects that will contribute to transforming Paris.
