HSV Defender Javi Montero’s Journey from Hope to Worry

HSV – Defender Javi Montero: From Hope to Worry

Tim Walter Spends Weekend Off with Family in Munich

Tim Walter, the coach for Hamburger SV (HSV), took the weekend off to spend time with his family in Munich. But, he will need to make some tough decisions before the top game of the 2nd division in Düsseldorf on Friday.

Defensive Concerns for HSV

Walter will need to decide who will defend next to Jonas David in the top game of the 2nd division. Sebastian Schonlau is suspended after receiving his 5th yellow card, and Mario Vuskovic is stuck in his doping process for months.

To address these concerns, HSV had loaned Javier Montero from Besiktas Istanbul in the winter. Unfortunately, these scenes scare all HSV fans as Montero has not been performing well.

Montero’s Struggles

Montero played his part in the chaotic half-time in Heidenheim, where they tied 3:3 after being down 0:3. He was also sent off with yellow-red in Karlsruhe, and in the test against Braunschweig, he was not uninvolved in the conceded goals.

Initially, Montero was supposed to help HSV, but now it seems like worries outweigh the hopes for him. Montero’s performances have raised questions on who should represent HSV in the upcoming game.

Aalborg BK: Ex-HSV Boss & Hitzlsperger Buy Danish Club

Aalborg BK, a Danish club fighting against relegation, is now getting help from Germany. Ex-HSV Boss and Hitzlsperger have acquired the club.

Will Walter trust Montero in the key game against pursuers Düsseldorf, or will he choose to pull all-rounder Moritz Heyer into the center of defense? It wouldn’t be surprising if the choice fell on Heyer.
