Cara Delevingne paid $10.8 million to buy Jimmy Fallon’s New York estate. According to “New York Post “, the huge triplex was initially put up for sale at 15 million dollars, but the supermodel british has probably managed to negotiate the transaction.

In 2002, the NBC presenter bought an $850,000 bachelor pad in this Manhattan building. For more than ten years, he bought apartment by apartment to form the final residence of 465 square meters which he took care to redecorate to his taste.

The six-bedroom triplex is located in a building dating from 1883, overlooking Gramercy Park, a private park whose keys are provided to each owner residing around the place. Jimmy Fallon lived there with his wife, film producer Nancy Juvonen. The couple, married since December 2007, are parents of Winnie Rose (9 years old) and Frances Cole (7 and a half years old).
