Roman Polanski and Emmanuelle Seigner, the couple reappears at the Rolling Stones concert

The filmmaker had not reappeared in public for almost two years… Saturday July 23, Roman Polanski and his wife Emmanuelle Seigner made a remarkable outing at the Rolling Stones concert given at the Longchamp racecourse in Paris.

The couple was able to meet other personalities such as Philippe Maneuver (accompanied by his son), Farida Khelfa or Elsa Fayer. On stage, Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Ron Wood, Steve Jordan and Darryl Jones performed the show, which is part of their anniversary tour marking their 60-year career.

Roman Polanski’s appearances are rare. The last outing of the director and his wife Emmanuelle Seigner dates back to the summer of 2020 in Paris. As for his troubles with the law, the 88-year-old filmmaker recently saw a California court order the publication of the testimony of a former prosecutor on the charges of rape of a minor who weigh on him.

In a relationship since the 1980s, Roman Polanski and Emmanuelle Seigner will celebrate their 33 years of marriage at the end of August. Together, the director and the actress have two children: actress Morgane and musician Elvis (29 and 24).

After the scandal caused in 2020 by the coronation of his film “J’Accuse” at the Césars, Roman Polanski is preparing his return to the cinema. He is currently filming the film “The Palace” with Luca Barbareschi, Mickey Rourke and Fanny Ardant. This drama will stage a New Year’s Eve in 1999, in a palace in Gstaad, Switzerland.
