The Russian ambassador to Poland is attacked when he tries to place a wreath in honor of Soviet soldiers (VIDEO)

The Russian ambassador to Poland, Sergei Andreyev, suffered an attack on Monday when he tried to lay flowers at the cemetery of Soviet soldiers in Warsaw to commemorate the victory over Nazi Germany in the Great Patriotic War, as the participation of the USSR in World War II.

Andreyev, who went to the cemetery in the company of his wife and other Russian diplomats, had red paint thrown at him. In addition, the crowd did not let him place the floral offering and the ambassador could only leave the place accompanied by the Police.
