Many people throughout Peru, regardless of the operator to which they have affiliated, the brand or model of their device mobile, have unexpectedly received an emergency alert from the Emergency Early Warning Messaging System (Sismate), the event occurred on the afternoon of this Friday, May 6. Although many were scared by the powerful sound of the warning that was present on two occasions, there is also an important group of users who did not receive it. Why? Even if your phone is low-end, mid-range or high-end, it must meet a mandatory requirement. From Mag we will explain what it is.

Simultaneously, approximately 22 million Peruvians received two messages that momentarily interrupted any activity they were carrying out on their cell phones. Why did some not receive the alert? because your cell phone does not have the function Cell Broadcast.
