Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, the new series of such a famous intergalactic saga as a prequel to the original series, is about to hit the small screen. So much so that Paramount+ has shared a new and exciting trailer that you can see heading this news, in addition to confirming the release date of the new adventures aboard the USS Enterprise: May 5, 2022.

Thus, Star Trek: Strange New Worlds is based on the years in which the Capitán Christopher Pike handled the helm at the head of the USS Enterprise. The series will feature fan favorites from the second season of Star Trek: Discovery, as are Anson Mount as Captain Christopher Pike, Rebecca Romijn as Number One and Ethan Peck as Science Officer Spock. The series will follow Captain Pike, Science Officer Spock, and Number One in the years before Captain Kirk boarded the USS Enterprise, as they explore new worlds around the galaxy.
And it is that as a series that is born from the aforementioned Star Trek: Discovery, some of its characters return to their usual characters such as Christopher Pike O Spockto which names such as Christine Chapel (Jess Bush), Star Uhura (Celia Rose Gooding) o el doctor M’Benga (Babs Olusanmokun), all of them under the baton of Akiva Goldsman and Alonso Myers como showrunners.
Star Trek: Strange New Worlds will arrive in the United States through Paramount + next May 5, 2022; At the moment there is no release date in Spain.
