Kaito’s story before Lost Judgment

At the head of this news you will find its launch trailer, which reviews the main mechanics available to the player. In addition, we can see some scenes that shed new information about Kaito’s past before the events of the saga. We know that The Kaito Files consists of four episodes which will start after the Lost Judgment story. However, it works as a prequel, since it will explore the beginnings of Yagami’s inseparable companion.

“After the events related in Lost Judgment, Kaito accepts a lucrative case while Yagami is out of town which makes him unexpectedly look for his old flame, Mikiko”, reveals the distributor in a press release. Along the way, Kaito meets Jun, a teenager who claims to be her son, and they team up to uncover the truth behind Mikiko’s disappearance. Now Kaito finds himself at the crossroads of past and present, as he takes on a syndicate linked to the Kamurocho underworld. But why did Kaito and Mikiko split up and what does this dark faction have to do with her?
