Signed Hélène Bonnet, it gives the floor to ministers, doctors and decision-makers to gather their impressions on how they faced one of the greatest health crises of recent centuries.

For the first time, they agreed to confide in their feelings. How did they cope with the epidemic? How did they experience it? What delicate decisions have they had to make?
