As can be seen in its own name, this is a decaf version of the Huawei MateBook D14, which went on the market in 2021. The price of the new model is 3,899 yuan, which is approximately 535 euros in exchange. From today you can find it available to reserve, but it will not be until January 20 when it can begin to commercialize.
Design and features of the new Huawei MateBook D14 SE
As for the features offered by this new laptop, the Huawei MateBook D14 SE comes with a Full HD screen and a 14-inch diagonal with one 4.8mm bezels so that the panel is the main protagonist. In addition, it has a 45% NTSC color gamut, which is below the MateBook D14, as it has a 100% sRGB color gamut.
Looking inside this device, we find a Intel Core i5-1155G7 quad-core brain, the same processor that powers the standard model. Instead, the difference can be seen in its memory configuration. Huawei’s new decaf laptop arrives with 8 GB of RAM and 512 GB of internal storage, while the D14 has 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage.
Moving now to the section of connectivity, The new laptop from the Asian company has Bluetooth 5.1 and WiFi 802.11 a / b / g / n / ac / ax. It also includes a USB 3.2 Gen 1 port, a USB Type-C port, another USB Type-A 2.0 port, an HDMI port, and a 2-in-1 3.5mm microphone and headphone jack.
It also has a full-size backlit keyboard with a fingerprint sensor housed in the power button. Regarding its software, the Huawei MateBook D14 SE includes the recent operating system Windows 11 from Microsoft out of the box, and it’s powered by a 56Wh battery.
At the moment we do not know if it will arrive in Spain, but the previous models have landed in our country, so we can assume that sooner or later it will end up reaching the Spanish market.
