Rare appearance of Blanket, son of Michael Jackson, on television

Blanket Jackson appeared on “Good Morning Britain” on Monday to defend the fight against climate change on the sidelines of COP26.

Michael Jackson’s children are very exposed in the media to talk about their various commitments. After Prince (24), who spoke in front of the cameras of “Good Morning Britain” to mention their father’s artistic legacy and his charitable work, it was the turn of the youngest of the siblings, Blanket (said “Bigi”), to speak on the same program.

“We have work to do …”

In a short clip broadcast on November 1, 2021 in the English program, the 19-year-old young man, who is very rare in the press, for his part confided in his commitment to the fight against global warming, while Glasgow is also hosting the COP26 summit at the same time. Interviewed at the Hayvenhurst Estate, a studio-owned property owned by the Jackson family, Blanket said his generation was particularly sensitive to environmental issues. “I think we have work to do, but our generation knows how important it is,” he said.
