New owner to re-open Paris Theater Friday

Christmas came early for the Paris community with the announcement that the Paris Theater is opening its doors once again to welcome moviegoers, of all ages, starting Friday.

“We will open Friday with ‘Alvin and the Chipmunks - Chipwrecked,’ “ announced the new owner of the theater, Brent Barnhart of Terre Haute, Ind. “Our first showing will be at 7 p.m.”
